Let's go fly a kite...or atleast try to...

Santa brought Sam a kite, so this weekend we took the boys to the beach to fly it...
Somehow it proved to be very difficult and it never actually took flight. It was fun to try though and the boys got to run around in the sand for quite a while.

Cory was determined it was going to fly...

I even gave it a try, but had no luck. I decided that taking pictures of the boys would be much more fun...

Christmas 2008

On Christmas Eve Sam was expecting it to snow...he was all ready for it with his hat and "mittens"....I think he was trying to do some sort of snow dance. He was a big help getting the cookies ready to leave for Santa.

Santa did come and left lots of presents for the boys...

It was alot of fun to see their eyes when they came out into the living room in the morning.

All season long Sam asked Santa for a "green present". He was very happy to see that Santa granted his Christmas wish...

One of the boys' favorite presents was their train conductor hats and whistles...

This is Sam's new bed tent...

Santa spoiled them this year...it's a good thing they are both good boys.

Santa, Santa Everywhere....

It seems like Santa has been everywhere this holiday season. The boys have gotten to talk to him several times...Sam was excited to ask him for a "green present" and Micah was just excited to get the candy canes he was handing out...
It is fun to see how into Christmas Sam is this year!
